Based in Los Angeles. From a very young age, COCOALEXANDER was intrigued by the creativity and expression that hair could provide. By his mid-teens, he started his crafting hair looks—gradient haircuts. He believes that hair is true self expression and that each look he creates in one of a kind.
Coco perfected his craft in San Francisco, Los Angeles and New York after 15 years, COCOALEXANDER continues to approach styling as an artform. He has worked in the fast-paced environment of New York at fashion shows, as well as styling for editorial shoots. His work has been featured in publications such as VOGUE, New York Times, 7Hues Magazine, New York Mag, ETC.
COCOALEXANDER understands the geometry behind hair, and he is always striving for ways to create personalized, distinct, fashionable, and wearable shapes and styles. His expert approach from thin to thick, curly to wavy to straight hairstyles is undeniable.
